We want you to love your purchase from Divyfinds! If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
# 10-Day Return Window
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date your item is delivered. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
# Damaged or Defective Items
Because electronics and fitness equipment can sometimes suffer transit damage, please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at divyfinds@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will gladly ship out a replacement unit or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
# Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us first. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the shipping label; we will provide you with a designated local return facility address. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
# Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
